Ms Ta has been preparing traditional Thai raw food meals all of her life. She grew up in a happy traditional Thai family house made from all bamboo with no modern chemicals (organic), no electricity orrunning water in Northern Thailand. She has been into an exclusive raw food diet now for more than 10 years. "Ta" blends "old world" raw Thai wisdom with plenty of cutting edge modern raw food movement info for a fascinating adventure into the World of Raw Foods.
Her system goes beyond just cleansing she says,
"I work on cleansing and rebuilding the body simultaneously, a system that can rebuild and remake one's body like no other healing system or lifestyle/ beauty choice on Earth".

Ta's classes are small & intimate and go deep with the personal touches that leave you feeling like you really discovered something very special here in S.E. Asia that you can take home with you & apply in your own life forever. It's one of those kinds of experiences you will never forget and it will be with you your whole life no doubt. Classes are in groups of 1-2 participants only. The charge is 1000 baht per hour per person (minimum 2 persons) plus the cost of the food used to prepare yourpersonal meals which you will learn to make and enjoy this experience.

If you need transport she can arrange that for you too. An option, you may make a stop at a local traditional Thai fresh food market plus theSpa Samui's own organic food shop nearby.


Ms Ta will personallyguide & introduce you to a worldof natural traditional Thai foods in this very unique way. Ta's raw food classes take place in her ownhome and garden which is just a 20 mindrive from the Spa Resort located on the southern point of Koh Samui island in the area called "Lam Sor".

Trip to beautiful Tan Island and or Matsum Island just off the southern coast of Samui island.
Also we can go out further to Koh Rap too but the cost of the trip is a bit more.

We go on a traditional long tail boat from southern end of island with an old fisherman (or a younger family member) who was born and raised here in this area.
The boat is very safe, sea worthy, has a shade for sun protection and the boat ride is not long and boring either!
Ms Ta provides the homemade lunch (no box lunches) with absolutely fresh fish, veggies and fruit as you like it!
She can custom make a special lunch too if you request it!
Her English is very good too!

You can go fishing with hand line and or throw net, beach exploring/combing, hiking, snorkeling, spearfishing, seashell finding and just relaxing too!
The trip is really up to you what you like.
We have someone who will catch the fish for lunch whether you do or not! The cost depends on how many people.

What happened here in this area…..

This amazingly beautiful wild area covered with very steep limestone mountains was made into a huge massive reservoir about 20years ago by building a very large massive dam.

Its such a big body of water that when on the water, cursing along in a long tail Thai boat you feel like its more like the ocean rather than a lake it's that big!.
This huge lake reservoir is surrounded by very steep limestone mountains and cliffs.
Its very beautiful and quite an amazing place to visit and we would like to invite you to go on this trip with us!
It's the perfect over one or two night adventure trip from Koh Samui.
Its only about 3.5 hours ferry/drive on the mainland from Koh Samui in Suratthani Province.

There are simple bungalows floating on the lake there that we take you to by boat once we get to the dam area by road transport.
You can swim and play in the warm, super clean, safe, lake water just outside your floating rooms.

This ½ day trip is for people looking for something… a little beyond the normal fare, not super expensive and very very beautiful.

We will take you to we think, the most beautiful natural spot in all of Koh Samui and possibly the world.


It’s a lovely hike sure but not too long either (30 to 40 mins each way for the hiking part).
And as we said it’s so so beautiful it’s really worth it so you won’t mind at all!
We don’t go into a lot more details because it’s “a secrete”… don’t tell anyone!
The trip is a custom trip just for you and your group; only small intimate and private groups are possible. Included is a pick up and drop off at your room in Samui.
Price depends on how many in the party and how much driving is required.
Bring your camera that’s fine, swim suit is optional as there isn’t anyone around to watch you in the water falls we will be taking you to!
