Rental Agreement for Lam Sor House

The rent for the 2 bedroom 2.5 baht house in Lam Sor will be 264,000.00 THB paid in cash for first year rental.

Of 20,000.00 THB to hold the property until the funds arrive into the owner’s bank account.

The house comes fully furnished plus includes house, landscape and pool maintenance as well.

The rental period is starting on Aug 1st 2008 and will continue through 12 noon, July 31st 2009.

If within 3 months of Aug 1st 2008 the renter (Stephan Wagner) decides to continue renting the property for the following next year (Aug 1st 2009 thru July 31st 2010) from the owners.

The renter will pay to the owner the next years rent and the owner will offer at this time the renter a 40,000 THB discount for this following years rental payment.

In order to qualify for the discount in rent paid, the renter will make this 2nd payment for the 2nd years rent before Nov 1st 2008 and the amount to be paid is exactly 224,000.00 THB in cash. 

Renter is responsible for paying all utilities for this houses use, any and all internet charges and UBC TV satellite fees.
