Take 4 to 6 capsules along with a drink made with 1 teaspoon of psyllium husks, mixed very
well in a large glass of pure water, tea or juice. You may add some green powders & or blue-green algae (like spirulina) to this mixture. Do this procedure, 2 x per day, each day of your detox, once in the morning & once in the evening
for a complete herbal detox.

The complete herbal detox program is designed for a 3 to 7 day herbal detox with an “all liquid diet”
(water, fresh juices & teas). For those who want (or need) to eat & do the program, this is
possible in conjunction with a healthy, preferably raw meal at lunch time.

Suggestions for a light maintenance cleanse & weight loss program:
Used as a gentle detox while eating a cleansing diet for the following needs. Weight-loss programs, parasite cleansing, preparing for a the full detox program (pre-cleanse), supporting the body after a detox or for those “on the go” without time or need for a complete detox program.
Take 4 capsules, 2 to 3 times per day, mix with large glass of pure water, preferably between
meals, for no more than 30 days consecutively.
